Chris, in the sales department, was helpful when helping us purchase our trailer. We have been shopping for over a year and knew what we wanted. He guided us in what to look for in purchasing a used trailer. We were happy with our experience and Chris set us up with an excellent hauling service to move our trailer to its permanent spot. 5-starsOn a side note:

Thank you also for taking the broken outdoor fridge out so we didn't have to pay a disposal fee. We only gave 4 stars for the overall experience due to having to ask for a visibly dangerous tire to be replaced. The statement: "We checked the tires, and they are all good," was said to us. A better response would have been, " Yes, there are two tires that need to be replaced, that will cost XX but we can have those replaced before you leave," would have been great. In the end, when they tried to replace the bad tire with the spare it became apparent that both needed to be replaced and Crestview did do that. It would have been amazing had that just been taken care of before the sale. We spent 27,000 on a used trailer, help us protect that investment on the road and get us going faster by spending $350 on a spare and a tire, or admit that the tires are bad and help us get those replaced before moving out. We had come in many times to shop with Stephen. He happened to not be there the day we finally found our trailer. It would have been great had he called us when the new used light had come in. We had missed out on one Crestview had had about 3-4 months before. We just feel bad that he spent so much time with us and then didn't get the sale.

We had a very good experience. We purchased our 2024 Montana fifth wheel during the RV show. Renee was great to work with. She answered all of our concerns, explained everything about all the new features on the fifth wheel and was a no pressure salesperson. We also had a good walkthrough with Ignacio and dealing with Rob on the paperwork was easy. This is the second RV I have purchased from Crestview and highly recommend them.

We truly enjoyed this purchase! The Crestview team understood that were full time RVers and winter Texans and handled the entire process as though we were at home. From price negotiation to delivery inspection to moving stuff from old RV into new RV to registration in our home state of Wisconsin, these guys never skipped a beat. Since taking delivery 10 weeks ago, weve had a few warranty issues that have been addressed with simple phone conversation. We bought a new Jayco Jay Flight from Crestview RV back in December and just took it out on its maiden voyage for a 4 day spring break camping trip at Inks Lake. The trailer was a blast and the family had a great time. We only had one small problem - a small leak behind the toilet. I texted Steve (the dealership owner) and asked if he could help us out, and he got us right in. Stuart, the service technician, was on the job within minutes of our arrival and within an hour he had us fixed up and on our way. The technician also spent some extra time with me answering various questions about the trailer and giving me some tips. I've heard that sometimes getting an RV serviced can be a real pain (long & drawn out). Just wanted to give kudos to Crestview RV in Selma for totally dispelling that notion!

Very rarely do I take the time to comment on my purchase of any kind. However after experiencing one of the most successful purchases in my lifetime I thought it would be a valuable tool for somebody else looking to change there lives. We researched on what we wanted to purchase for months. We decided on a 5th wheel and had visited Crestview a couple of times and knew their products were on the top of our list. When we finally decided to make the purchase, we visited other sites and shopped online and knew at first site that the Open Range Roamer was the model for us when we saw it at Crestview. The buying experience was easy, and Walter worked with us to make the purchase a very pleasant experience. TJ in the Parts Department made it easy to accessorize our purchase before picking it up. On the big day when we went in to pick it up, Francisco was patient and very professional. During the walkthrough, Francisco showed us the accessories he had installed and we could tell he had taken considerable time to professionally install the accessories because we saw the sealants he had applied in many places that seemed above and beyond the norm. But our experience did not end there; a week later we returned to Crestview because I had trouble with the wireless camera they had installed (due to user error), and Adam (from Parts) immediately had someone help us. We pointed out a couple of damages we had created during our first mistake on bringing in the slideouts (a wooden panel had broke and the vinyl floor had torn) but Adam refused to charge us for the repairs and again, the work was perfectly done.

This was my first purchase of a travel trailer and the experience could not have been better. Matt was great in helping find the right trailer and in all of his assistance with the purchase. When we went to go pick it up, Jose was excellent in guiding us through all of the features and ins and outs of the trailer. Our sales and unit walk through was pleasant and informative. On our first outing with our new Montana, the inverter would not run. A call to your technician didn't help much. Found the negative cable from the inverter was not connected to the battery. Should have caught this on the walk through. Everyone we have dealt with have been pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Joe Hough is the most awesome person and salesman. I first spoke to him over the phone telling him what I was looking for and he found us exactly what we wanted. He was so patient with us as he walked us through Craigslist to see the pictures of the camper. I drove over 6 hours to buy the camper based on everything Joe had told and described to us over the phone. I was not disappointed when I saw the camper. After I bought the camper there was a problem with the light's connection between my truck and the camper. The mechanic worked diligently on the problem until he found the problem and fixed it. Crestview was very nice and made sure I was comfortable while I waited most of the day. I can't begin to find the right words to describe just how pleased we are with Joe Hough and Crestview. If I buy another RV in the future I will certainly go to Crestview. They are very trustworthy.

We picked a trailer but wanted to look some more so took a week and then went back and bought the Reflection. He was very nice and if he didn't have an answer he got it for us.
